Wedding Emergency Kit l Amber Brogdon PhotographyToday Iโ€™m sharing what I bring to every wedding in my Wedding Day Emergency Kit. I believe in doing all that I can to best serve my couples and their families + wedding parties, so being prepared with a few items that may help save the day and take some stress off of them is a must for me! I am constantly adding to this list as I see a need for it. This is a great list for brides + photographers both to make sure they are fully prepared, you just never know what could happen!

Spray Deodorant

hygienic in case multiple people need to use it

Lint Roller

to make sure everyone’s dresses look their best

Hair Spray

you can never have enough of this

Bobby Pins

used for so many things beyond just for pinning back hair!

Bug Spray

we live in Florida, enough said!

Hand Sanitizer

my number one thing I can’t go anywhere without


spills can happen anytime!

Nail File- duh!


in case someone forgets to moisturize or for dry skin in cold weather


because you never know ๐Ÿ™‚


fresh breath is a must. Especially before the first look!


you never know how much you need this until you DON’T have it

Contact Rewetting Drops

for me + any other contact lens wearers that may need it


for headaches, pain, etc.

Sewing Kit


First-aidย Kit

hope we never have to use this but we have it just in case


mainly used for blisters ๐Ÿ˜‰

Blister Stick

for preventing friction + blisters

Feminine Products

well, you just never know when someone may need this!


for all the tears shed, blotting makeup, etc.

Rubber Bands

one of those things I have just in case. Never know how you might use them.


for my assistant to check things off as we go, and it’s always good to have a few on hand

Quick Snacks

oftentimes protein bars, pretzels, etc. Not messy snacks for on-the-go or in case someone needs a little pick me up!


because hydration is key!

Wooden Hanger

in case a bride forgets a pretty hanger for her dress


Even if it’s not forecasted to rain, because, Florida ๐Ÿ˜‰

Rain Jacket

The easiest way to keep myself dry while shooting in the rain

You never know- spills happen!
