When Becca called me one day and told me about her idea to host a photography workshop, I was thrilled!

After shooting a wedding together last year, Becca quickly became one of my dearest photographer friends. We have so much in common. Our values, goals, and styles align wonderfully. Becca asked me to be the official photographer of The Workshop, and we looked forward to this date for months and months. Becca lives about an hour from me in the small town of Perry, FL. I first arrived at her cozy downtown studio, welcomed by her smiling face and sweet soul! Her gift is making everyone feel loved + comfortable and is the epitome of southern hospitality. She had a custom mug with my name on it (just like the attendees had! SO sweet!) waiting for me and coffee ready! Not to mention cinnamon rolls + the FAMOUS donuts from Johnson’s Bakery for us all! (A true Perry staple- they were absolutely DIVINE!)I loved spending the day with this wonderful, intimate group of attendees.

They are some of the kindest photographers and I’m thrilled I had the opportunity to get to know more about them and their businesses and provide them with beautiful new headshots to use for their branding + social media during the photography workshop!

We spent the first half of the day at the studio, and then finished the day at Becca and Joey’s beautiful home. (MAJOR house goals! I mean, who needs Joanna Gaines?!) Becca’s husband, Joey, is such a sweet man + did SO much behind the scenes to prep for this workshop and make sure everyone was served well. They are literally the sweetest. They served us delicious lunch + dinner! The attendees snuggled up on the couch and soaked all of the amazing content Becca poured into them!

Hellooooo, gorgeous! I’m just obsessed with her beautiful home! It was so comfy + cozy and felt like we were right at our own homes!

Even the sweet little details around the room to encourage attendees made it feel like so much more than a photography workshop!
