Courtney wanted their wedding ceremony to have a sweet Sunday morning feel to it. Tucked away in a beautiful little church in Thomasville, GA, surrounded by their closest family and friends, they said their vows and the day was just like she dreamed of. I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of their day and sharing their special time with them!

Courtney and Jarrod have such kind souls and make you feel like you’re a part of their closest circle from the first time you meet them. They are laid back, inviting, and the sweetest things. The entire morning it was a torrential downpour, but by the time it was ceremony time, the rain moved on and cleared up and we were able to sneak outside for some portraits! When it was time for the reception, we even had some blue skies and guests were able to enjoy cornhole and conversations on the beautiful patio area.

These two have a mutual love for nature and Courtney did a great job of tying in details to show their admiration for flowers and spring. (They used wildflower seeds for their exit and Courtney even made the centerpieces herself!!!) We celebrated into the evening with delicious bbq, an amazing cake by one of my all time favorites, Marie’s Kakes, and fun dancing!

My kind of people are the people that I feel like I’ve known my entire life, and that describes Courtney and Jarrod perfectly. I can’t wait to see what the Lord has planned for these two. I always dread the end of a wedding day because I’ve spent so much time with people I adore, and then it’s time to go home! But I know I will see these two again soon 🙂 Thank you for choosing me to tell your beautiful love story, Courtney + Jarrod!
