Funny how life works. I met Courtney during my dental hygiene days (for those of you that don’t know, I am a dental hygienist, but I don’t practice since I became a full time photographer!) Courtney reached out to me when she became engaged to Jarrod and asked me to be her wedding photographer! (We actually discovered Jarrod and I went to high school together but we didn’t know each other!)

Courtney is one of those people that you just can’t help being happy when you’re around her because she is full of so much joy and sunshine. I loved watching her and Jarrod together. They truly adore each other. The sweetest kind of love!

St. Marks is very special to these two. They spend many weekends here together and love nature. It was no surprise that they wanted to take their engagement photos there! (After all, this is where he proposed!!) I felt like they were my tour guides to this beautiful place because they know it like the back of their hands! Their engagement session was rescheduled about five times due to rain but we finally made it happen and it was SO worth it! (A bit cold and windy on the water but Courtney braved it like a champ in her gorgeous dress!)

I cannot wait to celebrate alongside these two as they marry next year!!! 2019 is bound to be an amazing year of weddings!
